Chef Josh De Haas established Chopping Board Catering in 2017. Chopping Board is designed to bring the client a tailored menu of their choosing to their dream venue!

There are choice menu ideas and complete custom menus available. We have a strong emphasis on working closely with our suppliers to bring you fresh, local, top quality products. The variety and fresh tasty produce is why we believe Chopping Board is the perfect choice for your next event.

Meet Josh

Josh De Haas has been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. In this time, he has worked in some of Adelaide’s top hotels, restaurants and pubs. Josh is now ready for the next step in his career - introducing Chopping Board Catering!

Growing up in a family that worked in the cooking industry he has always had a strong passion for bringing people together over a meal.

Josh now with a great passion for travel and exploring new food trends is always full of new ideas to bring to your next event.
